Born in Thailand and coming to America (as a live-in nanny to a St. Paul family) over 60 yrs ago... Sawakoon (sow-WAH-kuhn) aka Tok (toke) loves God, her family and this great country. With hard work, sacrifice and using her gifts of leadership, strategic planning and organization as well as 30+ years of hands-on knowledge in the public education, special needs and family services space, she heads FFL with the same values she follows in her personal life: do your best, help others and don't make excuses.
Mike Foster
CFO-COO
With a passion for building, innovation and improving communities, Mike has expert knowledge in evaluating and managing risk as well as planning for short and long term fiscal success. He brings his insurance, compliance, construction and development background to his role as CFO-COO to ensure both growth and stability as we meet the demands of the marketplace.
Christine Foster
VP, Sales and Marketing
As first-generation American, Christine has been blessed with a unique outlook on business, service and reaching different communities both online and in-person. Her background in PR/Marketing, real-estate and property management as well as living and traveling around Europe, Asia and the United States allows her to embrace and appreciate the varied landscape of cultures, languages, norms and priorities that she interacts and works with. Her passion for encouraging, engaging and connecting w/ people allows her to excel in her role as head of Sales and Marketing at FFL.
